Cut&Construct✂️

Had an online practical session called Cut&Construct. We used the principles and elements we had identified previously as inspiration, to create some 3D 'sculptures'. My rough plan was to use colour, line and emphasis, hence my final creations. I started off with a simple idea, it then evolved from there. Looking at the triangles I had made from the first idea then led me onto a tangent, creating my final pieces. I used opposite colours on each side, to create emphasis on the shapes, the colours popping and contrasting against eachother, the string tying them together. I could imagine these on a huge scale, in a national park, for people to look at, sit on, photograph, etc.
